LPW - Unsigned Swiss, platinum and diamond-set ball-form watch, 17mm x 50mm to top of upright bail, original platinum snap back case entirely set with 224 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing an estimated 3.18 ctw, white enamel dial with blue numerals and red 12, bezel wind and bezel set when pin is depressed, lever escapement, 15J, s#15398. Gross weight of assembled watch 13.3 dwt (20.7 g). An incredibly unusual form watch that shines brightly. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, light micro-fine scratches to plates, plates show an even dull tarnish, no oxide; enamel dial with chip at 12; fine discolored hands; case shows hardly any wear, reflective material set inside the case to allow the diamonds to reflect better; good glass crystal.
