PW lot (3) Military chronographs with 30-minute registers, OF cases, black metal dials, SW-SS, lever escapements, all run though two with issues and failures of chronograph function - [1] Hamilton, Model 23, 19J, 16S, chrome-plated base metal case, case rear with chrome loss and possibly has been polished to remove contract markings, wheel satin nickel finish, s#P1444. [2] Breitling, Swiss, 50mm, chrome-plated base metal case with contract markings to rear, 18J, wheel satin nickel finish, s#814526 with matching serial number within case, chronograph is not engaging, overhaul needed for chronograph function. [3] "Herm. Horrman, Liepzig" marked dial ("an" portion of signature is fully lost), 49mm, nickel case, likely 17J, gilt mvt, s#195078, runs, winding "coast" (turn of crown in reverse when winding) is not working, stem pulling fully out of case is winding is attempted, chronograph will occasionally engage and exhibits good function as does minute register once initiated but frequently fails to engage, stop, or reset as depress of pendant button only occasionally causes function, overhaul needed. CONDITION: Multiple lots sold as-is; running condition briefly checked and noted above along with any functional issues observed; condition report is minimal with not all flaws mentioned; please refer to photos; returns only accepted if our description contains an incorrect piece of information.
