LPW - Borel & Courvoisier, Neuchatel, 44mm, 14-18K gold (tested, lids with slow fade of 18K solution on stone and no fade of 14K solution, band with rapid fade of 18K solution on stone and no fade of 14K solution) original HC, front shield with initials, gold cuvette, white enamel SS dial, KWKS (key not included with this lot), lever escapement with capped escape wheel, likely 17J, nickel damascene, s#51728. Gross weight of assembled watch 45.0 dwt (70.0 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered fine to micro-fine scratches and small surface nicks, steelwork with some mild bits of oxide, regulator with area of abrasion; visible portion of dial with hl from 9 to center, small curved hl bordering upper rim of seconds-register, fine scratch at 9:30; excellent hands; case shows light wear, dings to front and rear with the most prominent being in several positions of front shoulder, reduced engine turning detail with some small portions of full loss at front shoulder, cuvette with concave indentation around winding aperture; tight bow, push shows medium wear; good glass crystal.
