Waltham, 8-day lever escapement marine chronometer with winding indicator, 37S, 15J, gimbaled brass tub set within a three-tier wooden box with Waltham signature plaque, silvered dial of approximately 2.75 inch diameter, SW-SS, lever escapement, nickel mvt, s#22202099. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, good winding indicator function, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, few micro-fine scratches to plates; dial with overall spotting throughout with most notable area at 3:00; excellent hands with light tarnish; tub and gimbals show light wear, small scratch to tub left side; excellent glass crystal; box shows hardly any wear, good display glass, button latch good, includes locking key with good locking function, missing one of the four felt pads to underside, small flake near screw on right side of box front.
