EPW - Vacheron & Constantin, Genève (unsigned, our attribution), mvt marked for American retailer Bigelow Kennard & Co. of Boston, 45mm, 14K gold OF case with couteau-style (knife edge) band, initials to rear, spacing ring around smaller diameter mvt, gold dial, fully capped lever escapement with moustache counterpoise, 20-21J, wolf's tooth winding, wheel satin nickel finish, s#336079. Gross weight of assembled watch 33.7 dwt (52.5 g). CONDITION: Mvt: NR, fully wound, will tick briefly with a twist and excess pressure held to crown, overhaul needed, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, small nicks around stem detent screw, few fine scratches and small nicks elsewhere; excellent-plus dial with few small surface spots and contact marks, some attractive darkening of tone at perimeter; nearly mint hands; case shows little wear, some scratches and marring at and around opening position of bezel, thumb catch of rear with small portion of metal loss at its lower area and with small metal tear and separation at its lower remaining portion creating a sharp protruding point, good engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
