LPW - Henry Castan, Geneva, 41mm, 14K gold (tested) original HC with attractive engine turning and engraving detail, front shield with initials, signed brass cuvette, white enamel SS dial, KWKS (key not included with this lot), lever escapement, gilt mvt, s#100234 within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 27.9 dwt (43.4 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scratches to barrel bridge; visible portion of dial with short fine scratch right of center; fine hands; case with broken rear hinge with one knuckle of rear hinge torn off from case rear and the other knuckle remaining to case rear with sizable tear and material loss, case rear detaching from case when opened, case is missing its push for release of front latch so case front must be snapped open and closed, case front opens wide of 90 degrees (to approximately 115 degrees), case shows light wear, numerous dings, engine turning and engraving detail reduced primarily at shoulders; bow is missing, push is missing; good glass crystal.
