APW - E. Howard & Co, Boston, Series III, 15J, N-S (just over 19S), silver original "M B" (Margot Bros) HC, white enamel SS dial, KWKS (key not included with this lot), gilt mvt, s#12030. CONDITION: Mvt: NR, fully wound, balance is overbanked, overhaul needed, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some haze and scattered surface spots including some green colored spots we have not attempted to clean; visible portion of dial with few small fine scratches, perimeter with some small edge flakes and fractures outside minute chapter; excellent hands, hour and minute are blue, seconds-hand is plum colored; case with broken or missing front lift spring and unlatched lid falls freely open and closed with gravity, case shows light wear, few nicks, no dents, typical exterior fine scratches, profuse fine scratches to cuvette from past key slips, reduced engine turning detail with portions of shoulder near full loss; bow pivots freely, push shows medium wear; good glass crystal.
