HC with monogram initials to front, gold cuvette with 1878 presentation, white enamel SS dial, SW-LS, nickel damascene, s#983838. Gross weight of assembled watch 85.9 dwt (133.6 g). CONDITION: Mvt: NR, likely broken mainspring, balance will tick if pressure is added to train, setting mechanism slipping out of engagement, overhaul needed, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, patch of oxide to one side of larger winding wheel, few small bits of oxide elsewhere to winding wheels; visible portion of dial with perimeter scratch at 3:30, scattered hls; fine hands, oxide to minute tip; case shows medium wear, few scattered dings to front and rear, reduced engraving detail, case front lift spring needing assistance to open lid; tight brass replacement bow, brass replacement crown is smaller than appropriate and shows ample wear; good glass crystal.
