Ulysse Nardin, marine chronometer, circa 1978, quartz, gimbaled gold-painted tub set within a three-tiered mahogany box with brass accents and brass drop handles, signature plaque to front, silvered dial of approximately 3.9 inch diameter, quartz controlled electromechanical pin lever escapement, mvt s#11701106, box s#10150, chronometer s#12937. Includes battery cover removal key, factory performance certificate, and printed technical documentation in a Ulysse Nardin signed envelope. CONDITION: Mvt: NR, most likely needs a new LR50 battery; excellent-plus dial with some rub marks along the perimeter under bezel; mint hour and minute hands, slight bend to seconds-hand; tub and gimbals shows very light wear, light surface scratches to the back of the tub; excellent glass crystal; box shows very little wear, few mild small marks to exterior, good display glass, button latch good, key not included to test locking functionality.
