LWW - Lady's Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, ref 6517, circa 1959, 25mm x 31mm to lug tips, 13mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case with engine turned bezel, stainless steel riveted Oyster bracelet signed Rolex, refinished silvered dial with applied silver indices, date aperture at 3, 26J cal 1130, s#429008, triple signed, inside back ref 6517, bracelet ref 7204 with 66 end links. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, crown winds the watch but pulls out when trying to set the time or date, overhaul required, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, fine scratches to plates, multiple scratches to rotor, light oxide to plates and steelwork, light fine scratches; excellent refinished dial with a few light surface spots; fine-plus hands that have lost their lume fill, a few fine scratches and hardly any oxide; polished case shows light wear, a few small dings to case sides, lugs, and case back; Rolex signed crown shows light wear, threads half a turn; good plastic crystal with a couple of small nicks along the upper edge.
