LPW - Waltham, 7J, 0S, .850 silver (tested via XRF analysis) OF original case with beautiful pierced rear lid having foliate detail and a perched bird, rope style bow, white enamel dial, SW-SS, gilt mvt, s#5573183. Comes as pictured with a 26-inch sterling silver slide chain. A very attractive piece with its pierced rear lid creating a striking visual affect. CONDITION: Mvt: NR, likely broken mainspring, balance is gummy, overhaul needed, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered surface spots with the most notable being to barrel bridge; dial with hl from 8 to 11:30 with secondary short hl branch at 8; excellent hands; case with broken front hinge missing the center portion of its hinge tube so bezel functions currently as snap on and off, case shows hardly any wear, no dents, excellent engraving detail; bow pivots freely, crown shows little wear; glass crystal with short fine scratch to left side.
