WW - Elgin Avigo pilot's watch, manual wind, 29mm x 35mm to lug tips, 16mm lug width, original chrome-plated base metal case with nickel snap back, no strap, original silvered dial with radium painted numerals, 17J, s#33067100, triple signed. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, scattered fine scratches throughout plates, hardly any oxide; fine original dial with even spotting and fine scratches throughout, radium has darkened equally on numerals and hour markers; fine hands with medium tarnish and loss of most of the radium fill; unpolished case shows medium wear, several small chips to finish throughout, loss of black enamel paint throughout most of the engraving work, multiple scratches to reveal undercoating and a few small dents to case back; crown shows light wear but has lost any plating; good plastic crystal.
