LPW - F. Sagne, Locle, 42mm, 18K gold drum style original HC with beautiful engine turning, engraving, and black tracery enamel detail, signed gold cuvette bearing attributes, white enamel SS dial, KWKS (a key is included with this lot as pictured), lever escapement, 15J, gilt mvt, s#61204 with matching serial number to case. Comes as pictured with a short gold-filled chain and an attached key. Gross weight of assembled watch with chain and key excluded 39.7 dwt (61.8 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some haze to gilt surfaces, some scattered fine to micro-fine scratches; dial flawless in visible portion; excellent hands, minute with patch of oxide at its widest portion, few lesser small bits of oxide elsewhere to hands; case shows hardly any wear, mild ding to upper front which is much more evident to inner surface of lid, superb crisp engine turning and engraving detail, black enamel nearly fully intact with few scattered small areas of loss, cuvette with some play at hinge and falls closed freely with gravity, cuvette with profuse fine scratches around winding and setting apertures and with some additional fine scratches extending elsewhere; tight bow, push shows very little wear; good glass crystal. Chain shows light wear, areas of wear to brass. Estimate: $2,500 - $3,000 JH-79893
