LPW - Longines, Swiss (unsigned, our attribution), mvt and dial marked only for American retailer Chris Bernloehr & Bro of Indianapolis, Indiana, 34mm, 14K gold HC with beautiful raised floral and foliate detail, gold cuvette with initials, white enamel SS dial, fancy gilt Louis XV style hands, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel, 17J, fishscale pattern nickel damascene, s#1235020. Gross weight of assembled watch 23.7 dwt (36.7). CONDITION: Mvt: Ticking sluggishly after a twist depending on position, overhaul needed, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, patches of finish loss to train bridge and scattered small yellow surface spots elsewhere, some scattered fine scratches, some tiny spots of oxide to steelwork; dial excellent-plus in visible portion, short fine scratch within seconds-register, few tiny spots of surface dirtiness; nearly mint replacement minute hand, excellent-plus rose hour and seconds; case shows hardly any wear, some elegant light colorful toning among the fields of front and rear, no exterior dents, superb engraving detail, two small mild dings to cuvette; bow pivots semi-freely, crown shows very little wear; glass crystal with short scratch at 10:30.
