EPW - Piaget, Swiss, $20 gold coin watch made from United States 1904-S Liberty Double Eagle, 34mm, 90% gold coin containing 18K gold original case, case front opens via hidden button within coin rim, gilt dial, SW-SS, lever escapement with capped escape wheel having shock protection, 17J, wheel satin nickel finish, no visible s#. Comes as pictured with a leather pouch. Gross weight of assembled watch 20.0 dwt (31.1 g). An excellent example of this iconic watch style. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered small haze type surface spots; dial with scattered pinpoint dark spots; nearly mint hands; case shows very little wear, some scattered mild fine scratches, good engraving detail; crown shows hardly any wear; good glass crystal.
