WW - Rolex Oyster Viceroy Chronometer, pre-war, ref 1573, manual wind, 29mm x 38mm to lug tips, 16mm lug width, original stainless steel Oyster case with faceted sides and a yellow gold bezel and crown, stainless steel and yellow gold ladder style bracelet signed Rolex, period refinished black dial with white painted indices, 17J, no s# available, triple signed. Includes period correct Rolex clamshell box with Rolex Oyster instructional sheet. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, a few light scratches to plates, hardly any oxide; excellent refinished dial with some areas of paint bubbling; excellent-plus white painted hands; polished case shows very light wear, chamfers still visible but rounded, small ding to front bezel, medium scratch on inner case back; bracelet shows light stretch; Oyster signed crown shows light wear, good threads; good plastic crystal.
