WW - Hamilton Barton, manual wind, 23mm x 40mm to lug tips, 17mm lug width, original 14K yellow gold snap back case with hooded lugs, engraved presentation on back dated 1949, original brown leather strap signed Hamilton, original sterling silver two-tone dial with applied gold indices, 19J cal 982, s#M12537, triple signed. Includes original Hamilton box, guarantee certificate, and hang tag. Gross weight of assembled 14K watch without mvt, dial, or strap 76 dwt (11.9 g). A beautiful original example of a classic Hamilton tank watch. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, nearly flawless cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide; fine-plus original dial with light surface spotting and light tarnish to applied indices, tarnish around perimeter of dial; excellent gold hands; unpolished case shows light wear, still retains much of the original factory finishing, a few fleabites to case sides, no major dents or dings; crown shows light wear; good plastic crystal that does have some crazing.
