EPW - Dent, 61 Strand & 4 Royal Exchange, London, keyless lever, 48mm, 18K gold demi-HC bearing London hallmarks for 1911, casemaker's "J.W. & Co." in cameo, case with colorful enamel detail to front and rear, rear with foliate and floral enamel detail against a Florentine background finish, white enamel SS dial, SW-pin-set, fully capped lever escapement, 19J, gilt mvt, s#57943. Comes as pictured with a fitted leather Dent box. Gross weight of assembled watch 50.6 dwt (78.7 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, main plate with some haze and micro-fine scratches, latch and portion of regulator with oxide; flawless dial; excellent hour hand and seconds-hand, fine minute hand with oxide to tip; case shows very little wear, no dents, excellent engraving detail, enamel nearly fully intact with small bit of loss to blue enamel circle near front shoulder, interior of rear of case with ample fine scratches from past rub with an abrasive; tight bow, crown shows very little wear; good glass crystals; box shows light wear, some scattered losses of leather finish with most notable at front-left, some darkening and fraying of silk lid liner, felt insert of lower portion with some loss, button latch securing but top and bottom portions have a bit of front-back misalignment when closed.
