APW - Hamilton, Grade 950 Elinvar, 23J, 16S, gold-filled OF original Hamilton Mainliner style case, white enamel DS dial, time-zone hour hands are set at 3-hour differential, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, mono-metallic balance with blued Elinvar hairspring, wide striped pattern nickel damascene, s#2612916. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered short fine to micro-fine scratches, few small spots of oxide to winding wheels and some scattered tiny spots elsewhere to steelwork; dial with two hls emanating from center hole to top of seconds-register, deep short scratches within seconds-register and some scattered short fine to micro-fine scratches elsewhere, very light ring of bezel scrape under bezel, strip of glue residue on dial surface between 6 and 7; excellent primary hour hand, fine-plus minute hand with light oxide, fine gilt time-zone hour hand and blued seconds-hand with medium oxide and light finish loss; case shows very light wear, some small dents to rear, some scattered small to tiny nicks to band and few elsewhere, thin sliver of wear to brass to rear shoulder and some small spots beginning to form to high points of bezel reading; bow pivots freely, crown shows little wear; good glass crystal.
