APW - Hamilton, Grade 950, 23J, 16S, gold-filled OF original Hamilton case with signature ring to cuvette, Montgomery white enamel DS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, jeweled barrel arbor, striped pattern nickel damascene, s#1022580. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright lustrous surfaces, few short scratches, some scattered short fine to micro-fine scratches, small spot of oxide to smaller winding wheel screw and some tiny spots elsewhere to steelwork; dial with some scattered hls, short fine to micro-fine scratches, and small flakes, some strips of bezel scrape under bezel; fine-plus seconds with light oxide, fine hour with ample oxide to shaft, fair minute with ample oxide and finish loss; case shows little wear, small mild inverse dent to rear, scattered small to tiny nicks to band and few elsewhere, some short light marring from past slipped openings to band and cuvette; bow pivots semi-freely, crown shows very light wear; glass crystal with few short scratches.
