APW - Illinois, Bunn Special, Grade 161A, 21J 60 Hour Elinvar, Type IIP marking, 16S, gold-filled OF original Model 118 "pyramid bow" case, Montgomery white enamel DS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, mono-metallic balance with blued Elinvar hairspring, interrupted ray pattern nickel damascene, s#5568777. CONDITION: Mvt: Ticking very sluggishly with low amplitude on a full wind and stopping occasionally, overhaul needed, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, scattered micro-fine scratches; nearly flawless dial with very small surface nick above-right of center, very small edge nick under bezel at 11:30; fine hands with areas of oxide which are most notable to minute hand; case shows light wear, some scattered nicks and small marks to band and rear perimeter, very thin slivers of wear to brass to portions of band; bow pivots freely, crown shows light wear; clean plastic crystal.
