APW - Waltham, Riverside Maximus, 21J, Model 1888, 16S, 14K gold original Keystone HC, gold cuvette, white enamel DS dial with script "Waltham" and "A.W.W.Co." markings as typical to this mvt grade, SW-SS, fully capped lever escapement, three visible diamond endstones, ornate nickel damascene, s#7000023. Gross weight of assembled watch 67.5 dwt (105.0 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, nearly mint cosmetic mvt condition overall, bright lustrous surfaces, few micro-fine scratches, winding wheels with some scattered small bits of oxide, escape wheel jewel setting with micro-fine scratch striations from past polishing; dial with few faint outer chapter hls, tiny pinpoint nick to upper perimeter of seconds-register, very small edge flake under bezel at 6; excellent hands, some finish loss to spade and tip of minute; case shows very little wear, few dings to rear shoulder, few dings to band, some scattered dings to cuvette, excellent engine turning detail; tight bow, crown shows very light wear; good glass crystal.
