EPW - Unsigned Swiss, quarter-hour repeater, 51mm, 18K rose gold OF original case with initials to rear, small Jürgensen-style lips, gold cuvette bearing attributes including an interesting "1/2 Chronomètre" marking, white enamel SS dial, SW-pin-set, fully capped lever escapement with counterpoise, wolf's tooth winding, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#7316 to cuvette. Gross weight of assembled watch 60.8 dwt (94.4 g). CONDITION: Mvt: NR, fully wound, likely broken balance staff, repeat function not operating as majority of attempts caused no strikes and a minority of attempts returned a few hour strikes only, overhaul needed, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some toning of plates, few fine to micro-fine scratches; nearly flawless dial aside from evident re-securing of seconds-register with a small bit of glue excess evident; fine hour and minute hands, seconds-hand is missing; case shows little wear, ding to band at 10, some scattered small nicks, good engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows little wear; glass crystal with scattered fine scratches and small nicks.
