APW - Peoria Watch Co, "For Railway Service" and "Anti-Magnetic" marked mvt, 15J, 18S, coin silver box hinge drum style HC recase with majestic dog to rear, "Peoria Watch Co. For Railway Service" white enamel SS dial, SW-LS, nickel damascene, s#15559. CONDITION: Mvt: NR, fully wound, ticks for a few seconds after a twist then stops and will also stop when turned in various positions, slightly stiff to set, setting lever is slightly loose and will partially pull put when watch is titled, overhaul needed, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, cloudy plates with many scattered smaller dark spots, some scattered short fine to micro-fine scratches, ample oxide to steelwork; visible portion of dial with many scattered hls, cluster of small glued edge chips at 7:30, some scattered small flakes, large edge flake 4:30; excellent seconds-hand with small spot of oxide to hub, fine-plus hour with light oxide, fair minute with ample oxide; case shows ample wear, a moderate patina, many scattered small mild dents and some small prominent dings and tiny nicks, reduced engraving detail with some full loss to shoulders, good dog engraving detail; tight bow, crown shows light to medium wear; good glass crystal.
