EPW - William B. Crisp, London, lever fusee, 51mm, 15K gold OF original case with misleading crowned "18" marking, fixed gold cuvette, white enamel SS dial, KWKS (key not included with this lot), lever escapement, diamond endstone, gilt mvt with signed gilt locking dust-cap, s#13747 with matching serial number to dial and within case. Materials tested via XRF analysis. Gross weight of assembled watch 70.8 dwt (110.1 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some areas of mild haze, scattered fine to micro-fine scratches, dust-cap with a four-digit number scribed to its stepped portion; virtually flawless dial with few infinitesimal pinpoint edge nicks; fine-plus hands with some areas of oxide and finish loss, mild bends to minute; case shows very light wear, few small dings or nicks to rear, no dents, good engine turning detail through most areas though with thin band of full loss through portions of rear shoulder; tight bow; glass crystal with few scratches.
