Clement a Paris, verge fusee à toc quarter-hour repeater, 38mm, 20K rose and green gold OF case, white enamel dial with winding aperture at 2, KWKS (key not included with this lot), verge escapement, gilt mvt with pierced and foliate scrolled two-footed balance bridge, s#535 within case. Gross weight of assembled watch 29.1 dwt (45.3 g). CONDITION: Mvt: Running, hour hand sometimes not advancing while setting, occasionally with good repeat function but occasionally with incomplete strikes and with tendency of quarter-hours to frequently sound only as a single-tap, overhaul needed for normalized function, fine-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, plates with some haze, scratches, and fine scratches; dial with some hls in upper portion, some chipping around winding aperture; fine hands, hour is gilt, minute is brass; case shows very little wear, mild soft ding toward lower-left of rear, good engine turning detail; bow pivots freely; plastic crystal is yellowed and should be replaced.
