EPW - Longines, Swiss, 8-day with winding indicator, 52mm, gold-filled OF recase that has later been plated in high karat yellow gold, reproduction or refinished painted metal dial, blued Breguet moon hands, SW-SS, lever escapement, 19J, gilt mvt, s#2968140. CONDITION: Mvt: Running, good winding indicator function with hand traveling from 8 to 1 counter-clockwise when winding, missing portion of regulator assembly, otherwise excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, good gilt tone, some fine scratches to larger winding wheel and balance jewel setting, few contact marks to lower portion, short fine scratches and tiny nicks to balance bridge, scattered small to tiny spots of oxide to larger winding wheel and few elsewhere to steelwork; reproduction or refinished dial with few scattered light contact marks and micro-fine scratches, few strips of very light bezel scrape under bezel; excellent hands; case has been re-plated in high karat gold, case shows ample wear, prominent dent with deep nicks to band at 4:30, scattered small mild dents to rear and few elsewhere, scattered small to tiny nicks to band and few elsewhere, few small strips of wear to brass to band; tight bow with thin strip of wear to brass to inner portion, replacement crown shows little wear; plastic crystal with very few short fine to micro-fine scratches.
