Howard & Co. made by Waltham, one 17J, one 19J, four 21J, and one 23J, one 0S, five 16S, one 18S, six with dials present as pictured, six run (though some ticking sluggishly to very sluggishly), one is NR (0S, balance not swinging freely); an interesting and good quality grouping including two Waltham Riverside Maximus (16S and 0S), a scarce 20 jewel Elgin 18 size (balance wheel a likely replacement as it lacks gold screws), and a Waltham Vanguard 23J 16S HC.
